Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings and Payments: • All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system. • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. • Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Gift cards must be used within the stated expiry period. 2. Cancellations and No-Shows: • The cancellation window is 24 hours. Any cancellation made after this window will be charged in full. • No-shows will also be charged as a used session. 3. Late Arrivals: • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. • For safety reasons, entry may be refused if you arrive more than 5 minutes late. • No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals. 4. Health and Safety: • You must inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health before class. • Sundara Reformer is not liable for any injuries sustained in the studio unless due to proven negligence. • Grip socks are required during all classes for hygiene and safety. 5. Studio Etiquette: • Please keep mobile phones on silent. • Clean equipment after use using the provided sanitising products. 6. Class Packs and Expiry: • Class credits must be used within their designated expiry period (detailed at time of purchase). • Extensions may be considered for exceptional circumstances, but are not guaranteed. 7. Personal Belongings: • Sundara Reformer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. • Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. 8. Changes and Cancellations by Sundara Reformer: • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if we have no alternative option. • If a class is canceled by us, you will receive a credit or refund for that session.
